Or really what I ate tuesday, but you get the picture;)
Tuesday morning I woke up, checked Janaes blog and my eyes immediatly saw this across my screen.
Yogurtland was giving out free fro yo! I died a little on the inside because 1. We don’t even have a Fro-Yo shop in town let alone a Yogurt Land 2. I was willing to sell my left foot for Fro-Yo at that particular moment. So I improvised and made a yogurt bowl with:a n oikos peach-mango greek yogurt, puffins pb and chocolate cereal, carob chips and grapes. Yogurtland ain’t got nothing on me! (Well other than the 12 other flavours, bunch-o toppings, self serve machines and whip cream. But you get the picture;) )
On the side was some coffay.
After breaky I forced my little toosh to get up and sweat. And Sweat I did. Another workout courtesy of Lisa. I did her “filthy fifty” workout and man oh man does that girl know how to make me sweat! Just before trying the filthy fifty, me and my pup went for a little 20 minute run through the trails. It was a great way to warm up and I love running so…
Mid-Morning Snack
around 10am the tummy grumbles started happening. A banana and a cup of green tea to warm my soul up.
Lunch
There was only one English Muffin left in the pack today and I swear it was calling my name. Sooo I shut it up but filling it with a supa dupa runny egg, all fruit raspberry jam and melted chedda cheese.
It was love at first bite. (So Punny)
On the side I made sure to eat my vegetables.
Cucs, carrots and peppahs.
Have I ever expressed my love of peppers to you? They are like the best vegetable (I don’t like to think of it as a “fruit”). Wait scratch that cherry tomatoes are but I already ate all them.
Afternoon Snack
an apple and PB. Cannot go wrong.
Dinner
Dinner was your typical steak, baked potato and salad. It was totally rocking and I wonder why I don’t make this more often.

Do you see that ranch in the background? I came up with the brilliant idea to combine ranch and franks red hot sauce and drizzle it on top of my potato with cheese and tons of green onions.
Sounds weird but it really did work.
Dessert was a delicious brownie with whip cream. I will post the recipe soon my friends, it was a good one.

In other news I have officially eaten my weight in kabocha squash. I had it for lunch and dinner… wooops.
