The post says it all. Stir-fry is the way to go.
It was quick easy and delicious. Its also a really good idea for when you have a lot of vegetables that need to be used up. I used yellow peppers, fennel, carrots, celery,onion, broccoli and beef. I used vegetable broth, soya sauce, ginger, red chilli sauce and sesame oil. Served on quinoa because it is 5 billion times better then rice. No I am not prejudice…
Rewind to breakfast and it was another star. Oatmeal. The craving for Safeway’s red grapes is still going strong. They are especially good in oatmeal or cottage cheese.
Other things I did in my day: study, run (6miles), eat salad with cottage cheese and paint my nails.
Christmas themed! Red nails and a silver sparkle feature nail on my ring finger. I am holding a Diet Coke because it looked prettier the when I was holding the nail polish. As you can see my day was a whirlwind of interesting things;) I do have a busy weekend up ahead and the posts will be minimal. But I will show you something excitinng.
A new type of gum I am chewing right now. CHERRY lime. I would let you pay me in this gum like they say in the commercials. So if you need me to paint your nails or cook your stir-fry that will be 3 packs of gum:)
