Pizza, Coffee and Homemade Hot Yoga

The title doesn’t give anything away… right ;)

Today was nothing new! Except this after school pick me up

 

Pumpkin spice lattee with skim milk and 1/2 sweet, YUM. I hoped the coffee would help boost my energy because I was feeling exactly like this..

One word: SLUGGISH.

So I did the next best thing…

 

Homemade hot yoga!

Recipe:

-Burning wood stove

-Yoga DVD (I used Jillian Micheals Yoga Meltdown level 1)

-Yoga mat

-T.V

Directions:

1. Start your wood stove so it is nice and hot.

2. Close the door that contains the wood stove so that room becomes a SAUNA.

3. Play the DVD and get sweatin’

HOLY CRAP. I was sweating my face off!

After more than a few glasses a water I picked up the phone and decided it was a pizza night. We all devoured the pizza, what kind you ask?

 

Pineapple and green pepper 😍

Get it next time, it rocks.

Anywho I’m off to catch up on my gossip girl episodes and then its off to bed for moi. I’m thinking pumpkin waffles for breaky ;)
