Last night I watched a very interesting episode of Dr.Oz. It talked about hormone imbalances and how it can effect your metabolosims full potential. It gave you tons of recipes and a 3 day detox! So I decided to give one of the detox smoothies a try!
This one was the breakfast smoothie!
The recipe called for:
1 cup water
1 tblsp flax seed
1 cup raspberries blueberries
1 banana
1/4 c spinach
1 tblsp almond butter
2 tblsp lemon juice
As you can see I made one ajustment because I didn’t have any raspberries!
The verdict? It was so good and filling! I may even try out the lunch one!
Before breakfast I did a Dancing with the Stars Ballroom Buns&Abs in my living room
